How do I play a ROM game?

It's basically the same as playing the normal arcade except you can play with a PC/Laptop keyboard or a game controller.

What you need to do is go to Arcade on the main menu then select 'ROM Games'. From there a new window will open that will show you a similar page to the normal arcade except all the games/categories you see will be for ROM games.

Have a look at the categories and choose one, once you've done that you can then go down to the blocks list of games at the bottom of the page.

Now select the game you want to play by clicking on the title of the game. Once you have done that you'll need to set up the keyboard buttons or console layout, the images below will help you to do this.

Select a 'Set' button from the right side and a new pop up will show, see the image below, at this point you need to either select a key on your keyboard that you want to use to control the function it shows on the very left side while you're in the game or select a button on your gamepad to do the same thing.

As soon as you make your selection on either the keyboard or the gamepad the set window will close and you need to go to the next one in the list and repeat that process until you have all the buttons/keys configured.

Once you have done that you are now set to play the games.

At present the games are not scoring but Napalm is working on that.
