I don't see your phone in the left column Camper; was it attached when that screenshot was taken? If not attached the phone and then compare the list again and see if you phone shows up. When you do the next screenshot try and get the whole column on the left in the shot, you're missing the drives above 'Acerdata D'

The phone is  there  right below Peter's Documents. It's attached with a USB cable.

When you connected it to the phone did you get a pop up on the phone to give permission for the connection. To test this switch the phone on and unlock it, then connect it to the PC. You should get a pop up asking for permission, this is of course unless you've had it before, in most cases if you have applied the permission before it will remember it.

The reason I ask that is because there is no plus sign next to the phone. Alternatively to get that picture on to your phone right click on the picture then click on copy.

Now click on the phone in the left column it should show you folders in the right column, if it doesn't then it's not connected, if it does then just go through the list of folders and select the one you want the picture to go in then double click that folder and it will show you its contents, now right click again on a space in the right column and then click on paste and the image should be copied to the folder

Thanks Dave. I think I am stuck with a one way street. I know I'm connected because I can transfer from the phone to the computer. I did give permission before.

If I click on the picture I want to transfer I don't get the copy command.

But now I know what is required and will keep trying.

Thanks for the time and effort.
